Jordan and James are the founding partners of Tribe. After extensive careers in the military serving in complex environments around the globe, they found their way to small business ownership in Central Oregon. After finding success over the years buying and operating small businesses, they committed themselves to providing the same opportunity to like-minded veterans looking to start their next chapter, while giving retiring business owners a life-changing opportunity and a chance at theirs. The idea of Tribe was born. 

Jordan and James enjoy raising their growing families in Central Oregon. You’ll often find them competing in Jiu Jitsu tournaments, surfing the river wave, or on a Mount Bachelor chair lift.
